Adhesive bandage with pad, cellulose protective covering after injections. The pad is a layered non-woven fabric, and the tape mainly consists of non-woven pulp polyester fabric, coated and adhesives.

How to use this product

Peel the release paper (both the upper and the lower turnups, or the upper turnup only) and the beige-coloured tape together off the backing paper.

Place the pad over the punctured site and apply the adhesive surface, without the release paper, onto the skin.

Pull the lower portion of the release paper (closer to the skin) away from the adhesive surface, and tape the exposed adhesive surface onto the skin.

Press the beige, tape area to attach it securely.

Storage

  • Store at room temperature, away from water, high temperatures, high humidity and direct sunlight.

    The turn up on the release paper enables the user to apply the tape hygienically on the skin, without touching the pad or the adhesive surface.

    The pads, consisting of layered non-woven fabrics made of cellulose materials, have excellent absorption, gently protecting the punctured skin and preventing blood from staining the clients' clothes.

  • Strong adhesive power, low skin irritation (under the adhesive area)
    Made from a non-woven fabric mainly consisting of flexible, breathing pulp polyester, and acrylic adhesives with strong adhesive power while being gentle to the skin.

  • Beige colored, blending in well with the skin
    The tape blends in well with the skin, making it easy on the eye when applied to exposed parts.

  • Sterilized and packaged in minimal amounts for single use
    One package includes 10 tapes for S size, 8 tapes for M size and 6 tapes for L size,  sterilized and packaged in minimal, consumable amounts.

  • EOG sterilized
    Each tape is individually sterilized by EOG before packaging.

  • Backing: flesh colored pulp-polyester non-woven
    Pad:     cellulosic layered non-woven fabric
    Adhesive: acrylic adhesive

Applications

  • For protective covering of peripheral veins after injections, blood sampling, infusions or arthrosis punctures.

Precautions​

  • Do not reuse the product!

  • If wounds become clinically infected while using the product, please stop its use and seek appropriate treatment.

  • If you develop skin lesions (e.g. rashes, flares or itching) while using the product,  please stop its use and seek appropriate treatment.

  • In case the product gets wet or tainted, or if you see blood or exudate fluid leaking from the pad, please take it off and apply a fresh pad immediately.

  • If the product package is defaced, broken or wet, please avoid using it.

  • The product should be used immediately after the seal is broken.

  • Peel off the pad slowly along the flow of your body hair to prevent skin injuries upon removal.
